May. 2nd, 2006 02:57 pmHubby finally got in touch with his WC attorney, who says that the deposition from the WC MD went very well for hubby. That the Judge got a copy of the Deposition (obviously) and that just a few days later, the atty got a call from opposing counsel wanting to know our demands.
Hubby will sit down either this week or next with his attorney(s) and hammer out the details.
I'm tempted to tell hubby to insist upon going before the Court, since all of the evidence proves him right, and opposing counsel won't want that. But we will see what the attys say in their meeting with hubby.
This means he's won. Now we find out what he's won.
I'll be excited and giddy once we get some numbers flailed about, but for now I just want to cry with relief. Just a teensy bit.
