I was on the borderline and heading up. Doc said if it got worse, we'd have to deal with it.

I started eating oatmeal - basic Quaker Oats oatmeal. Dull and boring, yes, but the last time I had cholesterol checked, we did nt have to discuss it.
5 days a week - mush for breakfast - and I have not altered WHAT I eat except to try to cut down. And that is a weight gain issue.

One problem apparently down - on to the next one...

The quaker box even gives you recmmendations on serving sizes to help sop up the cholesterol. Hope this helps.
