I live in a ghetto and people are already operating near Mad Max levels. Knocking out walls of houses to get at the wiring and pipes, ripping manhole covers off the streets, ect.
I see some funky dressed folks wandering around. Disposed of shipyard coveralls and military surplus with plaid anything, cast off Navy boots.
