Just watched "Cite des Enfants Perdus (The City of Lost Children)", a French movie starring Ron Perlman, about (bear with me) some clones and a midget who kidnap children to steal their dreams. It's extremely SteamPunk (as opposed to Gaslight Fantasy), very European in concept and production, with incredible sets, costumes by Gaultier, a 3-legged set of twins, thieving childpacks, cyborg fleas, a toupeed asian tattooist, and Ron Perlman cast as a monsyllabic whaler-cum-sideshow strongman so that he didn't have to learn a lot of lines ;)
