holy shit! this guy! (http://poorlydressed.com/2010/04/04/fashion-fail-bob-weird/) I met him!! he's in NYC. he rode up on a bicycle while wearing this red and white polka dot dress - his beard was a lil' differently colored, and his dog had pink eyebrows in addition to pink and blue legwarmer type things. there was some yellow in there too. we were listening to some bands play music in/around the then-empty fountain at the world's fair grounds one evening and then there was this guy. he parked his bike and started dancing around w/the dog to the music. I totally got a pic of him, I think. I will have to dig it out.

WOW. he's internet famous now. oooh.
